Maximum file size: 10 MB per file. You may upload up to 10 files.

Promotional Product Artwork Submission Guide

Use the guidance below to prepare files that can be reviewed efficiently by our project team.

1. Upload What You Have

For initial review, you can submit JPG, JPEG, PNG or PDF files, including logos, product references, packaging concepts, sketches and visual references.

The files do not need to be final production artwork at the first stage.

2. Vector Logo Files Are Preferred for Final Artwork

Editable vector files such as AI, EPS or vector PDF may be requested when production artwork is prepared.

If you do not have a vector logo, upload the best-quality version currently available. Our team can review whether a higher-resolution or editable file is needed for the selected product and branding method.

3. Include Your Project Reference

If the artwork relates to an existing quotation, sample or order, include the relevant project or quotation reference so the files can be matched correctly.

4. Tell Us How the Artwork Should Be Used

Where possible, include information such as:

  • Preferred logo position
  • Approximate logo size
  • Brand colors or Pantone references
  • Product color
  • Packaging requirements
  • Any artwork elements that must not be changed

5. Clearly Identify Revised Files

If you are submitting updated artwork, identify the file as a revision and indicate which version should replace the previous artwork.

Clear version information helps reduce the risk of an outdated file being used during the next project stage.

Before You Upload

Only submit artwork that your company owns or is authorized to use and share for the project.

If artwork belongs to a client, brand, licensor, designer or other third party, make sure the appropriate permission is in place before submission.

For sensitive project information, follow the applicable confidentiality arrangements and privacy terms for your project.

3. Next Steps Coordinated

Based on the project stage, we confirm the next appropriate step, such as revised artwork, a product mockup, sample preparation, quotation or production specification review.
